State Police Law Enforcement Officers or Revenue Collectors?

The last couple of days several State Police Officers have been harassing Anderson residents over seat belt use. With the high crime and murder rates in Indianapolis, two of the biggest drug highways running through our state, and the number of reckless drivers on I-69 you’d think they would have better things to do with their time. The City of Anderson has a very well trained and capable police department. The last thing we need here are a bunch of Mitch Daniels storm troopers in our city stealing money from citizens over an issue that affects no one but the person who chooses to wear or not wear a seatbelt. What’s next; are they going to come into our homes and start looking for petty crimes that affect no one?

And before anyone accuses me of being a disgruntled ticket holder; no I am not one of the unlucky ones to have been robbed by the revenue collectors. I'm just tired of seeing them harassing others.

ANDERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT

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
