The Herald Bulletin, Anderson, Indiana

As happens from time to time, my adolescent curiosity in comic books gets the best of me. This time, that curiosity led me to Rembert Parker's Reader Copies on North Scatterfield. My passion for comics burned brieftly but, oh, it was bright, and has never faded completely. I figured the best way to find out what's happening in the industry would be a copy of Wizard magazine. Parker was happy to oblige and threw in a copy of Previews (the phonebook sized catalog distributors offer to retailers) AND Marvel previews. Altogether, that's over 600 pages of the latest superheroes, sci-fi, movie rumors and collectibles. That's right, you can read 600 pages to decide WHAT to read before you actually READ anything.
