-Disposal of real estate
The commissioners authorized the county to sell lot 63 in the Maple Road addition and lot 88 near Jackson Park

-Intergovernmental transfer of tax sale certificates
The commissioners authorized the transfer of tax sale certificates to the city of Anderson. These three lots in the Hazelwood addition were not sold at tax sales.

-Ryan Smith of the Madison County Council of Governments requested approval of an annual grant application for funding of TRAM. Smith said the transit system's federal funding is up 13 percent, but the state funding is unknown.
